Dr. Juan Manuel Artés Vivancos joins the group as a postdoctoral researcher and will be co-advised by Professor Josh Hihath. He received his PhD in Biotechnology and MS degrees in Biotechnology and Experimental Chemistry from University of Barcelona, Spain. His BS degrees are in Biotechnology and Biochemistry from Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. He will be developing nucleic acid-based sensors for real time monitoring of biomarkers.
